WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at 4:00 PM to be seated in a timely manner for the 4:30 PM ceremony.
IS THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION OUTDOORS?
The ceremony will take place outdoors on the beach, with a short walk across the street to our tented reception.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is “beach formal” – imagine elegant, but relaxed. For reference, the bridal party will be wearing champagne dresses and cream linen suits.
Guests will walk on sand to attend the ceremony and will walk on gravel to get to their seats at the reception. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Jackets and ties are optional for gentlemen. We kindly ask that you refrain from overly casual ensembles, such as denim, casual shorts, golf shirts, sneakers, etc.
Please note that while we hope for sun & warmth, ocean breezes are just as likely – you may wish to bring a light layer.
WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is free parking available at the venue along Washington Parkway and Beach Drive.
In the event that those areas fill up, there will be additional parking available at Lordship Elementary with complimentary shuttle service.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
While the reception is limited to invited guests that are 21 and older, our ceremony is open to all! To help you enjoy a night out with us, we are offering childcare if needed – please arrange with the bride and groom in advance!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Unfortunately, due to limited space, we have only allotted room for formally invited guests. Please direct any questions to the bride or groom.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS & VIDEO?
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Since we want all guests to be present and in the moment for this special event, we have arranged for professional services to document our special day.
However, feel free to capture countless memories during cocktail hour, the reception, and after party and share to our GuestCam (via a QR code)!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, we will be serving beer, wine, and soda for all guests!
